Mahendrasinh Jadeja, affectionately known as "Dada", is a globally respected business leader and community advocate with over 30 years of distinguished service in advancing UK–India relations. As the Executive Director of our UK operations from London, his leadership is instrumental in driving Chelsea AiCademy's global strategy.

A pilot by profession, he served with major international airlines such as Qantas and Emirates, leading the execution of numerous airline routes from UK and British-ruled airports worldwide. As a Global Ambassador and Executive Board Director, he is a leading voice in UK–India, UK–Africa, and various international trade, cultural, sports, and charity initiatives.

His lineage connects to the legendary cricketer Ranjit Sinh Jadeja, in whose honor the Ranji Trophy was named — a heritage reflecting lifelong commitment to service and excellence.

Dada is the Honorary President of the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club, International Vice President of the Global India Organisation (GIO), Founder Trustee of UK-based homeless charity Pass It On, and Ambassador for the Loomba Foundation. His leadership within the Rajput Samaj of UK and the National Congress of Gujarati Organisations has been pivotal in elevating the Indian community in the United Kingdom.

He has been honored with the Bharat Gaurav Award at the British Parliament (2018), the Global Business Leadership Award (2020), and the Indo–UK Excellency Award (2025). His legacy is defined by cross-cultural diplomacy, strategic business partnerships, and grassroots upliftment, making him a driving force behind Chelsea AiCademy's mission to empower individuals and build bridges between communities and continents.

Dr. Inder Krishan Bhambry serves as the Executive Director of FrankfurtGate Solutions & AiCademy, acting as the strategic gateway to Europe for clients and partners. With a career deeply rooted in German industrial and corporate excellence, he leads operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Poland.

A seasoned CEO, Dr. Bhambry has headed subsidiaries of major German corporations such as MAN, Daimler, MAHLE, and Babcock–Borsig co-managing operations with turnovers exceeding €1.3 billion and teams of over 5,300 employees.

His expertise spans corporate restructuring, turning loss-making companies into profitable entities, and managing complex projects, including a €600 million investment initiative. Under his leadership, FrankfurtGate Solutions not only places qualified professionals in leading European companies but also serves as AiCademy’s operational arm, training thousands of healthcare professionals and engineers to address Europe’s skilled labor shortage.

Dr. Bhambry’s unmatched expertise ensures that AiCademy’s recruitment and placement services embody German precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of European market needs.

Abraham Mathew, Chairman of the ABAAM Group and Chelsea AiCademy, is a visionary leader with over 35 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Founding the ABAAM Group in 1992, he has built it into a diversified conglomerate with interests in recruitment, hospitality, film, construction, and more.

Under his leadership, Chinar Travel and Trade Links has become a leading recruitment agency in the Middle East, while Chelsea AiCademy focuses on placing skilled professionals in Australia, Europe, the UK, Canada, and the US.

With headquarters in Mumbai and branches in Chennai, Cochin, Dubai, Doha, and Delhi, his operations connect top-tier talent with global opportunities. His philosophy — "Talent transcends, and excellence is the only destination" — continues to guide the group’s mission to empower communities and deliver lasting value.

Shiju Mathews is the Founder and CEO of AiCademy, an EdTech company born during the pandemic to bridge global skills gaps. With master’s degrees in business, management, and accounting from Australia and India, he is a member of CPA Australia and an experienced entrepreneur with over two decades of global business leadership.

Shiju has led cleantech energy ventures, developed renewable projects in multiple countries, and leveraged his expertise in technology, automation, and IoT. Recognizing the urgent need for skilled manpower, he created AiCademy to provide AI-powered recruitment and pre-training, ensuring candidates are job-ready before hiring.

His leadership in finance, venture capital, and international relations has connected APEC countries through strategic projects. Guided by the philosophy of "Hard Work" and "Never Give Up", Shiju continues to expand AiCademy's global impact.

Prashant Shah, Chief Technology Officer of AiCademy, is a visionary technologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He leads the development of AiCademy’s AI-powered career solutions, shaping the future of global recruitment technology.

Prashant has managed top IT firms, including VeerIT, delivering innovative applications for sectors such as criminal investigation, education, and real estate. He co-founded Study Homez, a student accommodation platform that also supports job searches.

At AiCademy, his deep expertise in programming, AI applications, and custom software development ensures that recruitment solutions are tailored to company needs, with pre-trained workforces ready for placement. His work keeps AiCademy at the forefront of technological innovation in career pathways.
